And here is a little bit from Kamen Rider OOO:

Not sure if this is this week’s or next, but what’s going on with Maki’s arms??!!! And why is Shingo’s left arm airbrushed over? Hmm………………………………………….

Anyway, that’s it for now, More will be out soon I’m sure.

Kamen Rider Fourze Character and Possible Toy News: What the… Foodroids? REALLY?!! Come on, guys.

Well, this pic definitely sums up this post.

First off, we have a new, previously unannounced character on the show. Her name is Shigeno Jun (played by Fujisaki Arisa), and she is another one of Kazashiro Miu’s friends (in other words, she’s one of the cheerleaders). It’s her name that leads me to the next interesting bit of news.

Going over the names of all the characters on the show, it seems that some of them are plays on the names of the Showa era Riders. For example, Shigeno Jun’s family name, written in Japanese, could also be read as “Shigeru”. And when you take away the “no’s” in her name and replace them with “o’s”, you end up with Shigeru Juo, aka Kamen Rider Stronger. Other names include Utahoshi Kengo (an anagram for Hongo Takeshi, aka Kamen Rider Ichigo), Daimonji Hayabusa (a play on Ichimonji Hayato/Kamen Rider Nigo), Kazashiro Miu (Kazami Shiro/Kamen Rider V3), Jomija Yuuki (Yuuki Joji/Riderman), JK (which might stand for Jin Keisuku/ Kamem Rider X) and Nozama (which is just Amazon backwards).

As far as I can tell, Gentaro (Fourze) is the only student with an original name.

And finally, we have some possible toy news from Fourze. First off, it looks like, at least from the scan above that he will be getting seven Astro Switches from the start, assuming that tha’s what the egg-shaped things are suppose to represent. And a possible list of future toy releases has been posted, let’s take a look at this unconfirmed list:

(DecaEnd of HJU)

“Toy listing. Unconfirmed.
August:
Transformation Belt DX Fourze Driver 6500 yen
Astro Switch Set 01 750 yen
Foodroid Series 01 Bagameal 2500 yen
Fourze Module Change Series 01 Base States 2800 yen
Punch Fighter 2300 yen

October:
Electric Module DX Billy the Rod 3800 yen
Astro Switch Set 02 750 yen
Foodroid Series 02 Potachokin 2300 yen
Fourze Module Change Series 02 Electric States 2800 yen

November:
Fire Module DX Hi-Hackgun 3300 yen
Astro Switch Set 03 750 yen
Foodroid Series 03 Furasheki 2300 yen
Fourze Module Change Series 03 Fire States 2800 yen
DX Power Dicer & Machine Masshigler 5800 yen

States are basically forms, Base States is Fourze’s base form.
Foodroid are based on space food.
Pictures will be out soon.

Honestly, I don’t even know how to romanize some of this.

Potachokin, seems to be combining “potato chips” and the word “chokin”, which means bank savings.
Billy the Rod was written as ???????, biriizaroddo, Billy the Kid is written same as that, but just replace roddo with kiddo.
I have no idea about Furasheki, ??????.”

And we’re back. Now just so we’re clear, nothing here has been confirmed yet, but considering how close we are to the premiere, there’s a good chance that most of this is real. Although, I have to ask, Foodroids? Really?! WTF, Toei? Basically, expect twice as much stuff toy-wise for Fourze compared to OOO.

That’s it as far as any Fourze news is concerned. If I find out anything else, I’ll let you know.

Kamen Rider Eternal Pics and Reveals: Who is Eternal Red Flare?

Okay then, here are some shots from the Kamen Rider W V-Cinema release, Kamen Rider W RETURNS: Kamen Rider Eternal.

And here’s some shots from the scene where Eternal Red Flare shows up. This time around, it’s Kazu, the representative from Foundation X. This is a bit of a spoiler, but, it turns out that Kazu was the one who decided to sponser the Musem and the Gaia Memory project over project NEVER, so in the beginning of the movie, NEVER is violently opposed to Gaia Memory use. Eventually, Katsumi uses the Eternal Memory, along with the other Lost Driver, and you can see the events that led to to what happened in Kamen Rider W FOREVER A-Z: The Gaia Memory of Fate.

You know, they had a few vehichles that were CG, but they weren’t very high quality renderings. It was very apparent that they were CG. And not just this helicopter, but the cargo plane NEVER traveled in as well.

Anyway, here’s the scene:

It de-stabilized because it was a defective prototype, or at least that’s the way it seemed.

SPOILER ALERT FOR THE MOVIE: When Katsumi changes into Eternal the first time, he was able to stabilize and complete the transformation to Eternal Blue Flare because he was so much more compatible with the Eternal Memory.

Alright, I won’t give anymore spoilers at this point. It’s out on Blu-Ray and DVD, and there are still some videos up on YouTube, so go watch it.

Go-Kaiger Legend War: The Making of the Legend War and behind-the-scenes footage from the first episode.

Here’s a short, 15 minute behind-the-scenes featurette about filming the Legend War scene, as well as soom footage from the first episode. This comes from a DVD/Bluray release of the first few episodes of Go-Kaiger.

As you can see, that really was a bunch of suit actors, and they managed to film all of that and the stuff for the promos that same day. And if you pay attention to the dates in this video, you can see that filming started within three weeks of the official annnouncement. I don’t know why it almost took a whole month before they started filming the rest of that episode, but that’s what happened. There are a few other surprises in their, but I’ll let you see them for yourself.

Go-Kaiger Upcoming Toy line: RangerKeys, Racers, and a big cannon!

Alright, we have some upcoming toy pics for Go-Kaiger, including a new Go-Kai Machine, and a cannon weapon! Let’s make this showy!:

Here are all the current and soon-to-be released RangerKey sets. For those wondering why the NinjaRed Key has been specifically highlighted, it was because no one had seen it announced before now.

This is the Go-Onger‘s grand power, Engine Machalcon (I know it looks like Speedor, but it’s not, it’s his Mach Falcon cousin I guess). It comes with two Engine Souls, the Go-OnGold  RangerKey, and it can combine with both Go-KaiOh and Go-JyuJin.

And finally, we have the thing I’m most excited about, the Go-Kai Galleon Buster. Apparently, everybody puts their RangerKey into the Buster, and they fire it at the enemy. It comes with a Go-KaiRedKey.

Alright, that’s all for now, if anything else comes out, I’ll let you know.

Play Power Rangers Samurai SMASH for FREE!!!: Or, my ongoing struggle with the internet.

Alright, let me start off by saying that life enjoys kicking me in the nards. My internet was out for nearly two days, I didn’t have internet access until last night, and by then it was too late for me to post anything. I guess I’m just going to have to hang out at places that have free wifi from now on, at least when the internet goes out. So anyway, onto free apps.

The ever-popular Power Rangers Samurai SMASH iOS game has been made available for download for free by Saban brands from now until July 15th (next Friday), it’s apparently been available for free since June 15th. The Power Rangers Samurai SMASH game is available for Apple iPhone/iPod Touch. For those who haven’t heard about the game yet, it’s basically a smash-’em-up RPG flash game, it’s similar to the online game on Nick.com, but it looks a bit easier, and a bit more fun. Here’s the demo video:

You can download the game from iTunes. Hurry, while it’s still free!
