Kamen Rider Fourze Ganbaride and Toy pic: We’re going all out this time! Well, they are, I’m not.

Fourze is stepping into the scene, and even though were still a over a month away, he’s already started to change a few things for example take a look at the new Ganbaride advertisement that popped up recently:

Now the gameplay is three vs. three, and they’ve already started to incorporate the Astro Switches into the game. And it looks like Fourze will be joining in on the fun sometime soon.

We also have this pic of an upcoming advertisement for the FourzeDriver and the first set of Astro Switches:

While I’m sure that the first four Switches will be included with the belt (because that would be a total ripoff if it didn’t), it does look like they’ll be selling these in pairs. As you can see, there are nine Astro Switches featured here (the last five silhouetted), so we’ll be seeing nine Switches sometime within the first few episodes. And, officially, there are going to be fourty Switches in all! Holy crap, that’s a lot of stuff to collect! They will be sold along with (possibly) the State-changing action figures (think like the OOO combo figures, except that only the limbs are interchangeable) and the Foodroids, which are supposedly robotic helpers based on space food (seriously?).

That’s it for right now, if anything else pops up, I’ll be sure to hit it with a hammer, and let you know about it.

ULTRAMAN SAGA: Is this the third movie in the Ultraman Zero trilogy?

We have the title for the new Ultraman movie, Ultraman Saga!

Coming in 2012, Ultraman Saga stars Ultraman Zero, Ultraman Dyna, and Ultraman Cosmos. And surprisingly, Ultraman Legend, the combined form of Cosmos and Justice, will also be making an appearence. Are we perhaps looking at a new advanced form? Other UltraBeings are said to show up in the moive, including the original Ultraman, Seven, Jack, Ace, and Leo.

And in this movie, their new enemy is Hyper Zetton, an alien kaijuu from the same race as Zetton, Ultraman’s toughest enemy ever! (For reference purposes, it’s the one that looks like a giant black lobster.)

Sorry, no plot details yet. But we definitely know it’s coming out next year!

Batman writer hired for Godzilla remake: Danadanadanadana GODZILLA!

David S. Goyer, best known for his work in Nolan’s Batman trilogy, is set to rewrite the script for the remake of the famous tokusatsu film Godzilla, according to reports from the Deadline. Currently, he is writing for Zack Snyder’s Superman remake, The Man of Steel.

David Callaham already wrote a script for the planned Godzilla remake, but that script has been rejected. Director Gareth Edwards (a British Independent film maker), and producers Thomas Tull and Josh Jashni are also signed on to the project. If produced, the film would be distributed by Warner Bros. and TOHO in their respective countries.

Legendary Pictures has indicated that the new film would be closer in story to the original 1954 classic rather than the 1998 Sony remake, which caused a major sigh of relief to Godzilla fans everywhere.
