Super Sentai Battle:Ranger Cross First TV Spot!

The first 30-second TV spot for the upcoming game Super Sentai Battle: Ranger Cross has aired, and now that commercial has made its way to YouTube! Check out the preview below:

Don’t you just feel as excited as the kids in that commercial!!! (Okay, maybe not that excited, but still).

In the game, the Go-Kaigers go up against the villain Devil Jark, whose sole mission is to prevent our heroes from obtaining the Greatest Treasure in the Universe. You play as the five teams mentioned before (Go-Kaiger, Goseiger, Shinkenger, Go-Onger, and Goranger), and fight a villain each round both on foot and in a giant robot fight!

The game will be available September 8th for the Wii, and includes a DX Go-KaiRed RangerKey.

More Sentai themes on iTunes: This time with intros AND outros!

Many moons ago, Jefusion brought you a story about the first Super Sentai album to be placed on iTunes (I didn’t because I was busy buying said album). It was a mini album entitled Kaizoku Sentai Go-Kaiger VS. Super Sentai, and featured the main theme songs from Boukenger to Go-Kaiger. Now all of the Sentai themes songs have made their way to iTunes!

The theme songs are currently being released in seven volumes, each volume containing both the beginning and ending themes for five series, arranged according to when the series aired. So the first volume contains the theme songs for the first five series, the second for the next five, etc. Here’s what’s available so far:

  • Volume 1Goranger – Sun Vulcan
  • Volume 2Google-V – Flashman
  • Volume 3Maskman – Jetman
  • Volume 4Zyuranger – Carranger
  • Volume 5Megaranger – Gaoranger
  • Volume 6Hurricanger – Boukenger
  • Volume 7 Gekiranger – Go-Kaiger

That’s right, all seven albums are up. Each album costs $9.90, and songs can be purchased individually for $0.99 each.  (Note: The links here take you to the iTunes UK site, but if you look up the songs from the iTunes store itself, it will take you to the albums and show you the price in USD)

These are definitely albums I would recommend to anyone looking to expand their toku music collections, and I would download these albums myself if funds weren’t an issue (my problem, not yours). If you can, download them now!

Who knows, because the next screen shot is completely unrelated!

Here’s Fourze using his LauncherModule against Punch Hopper. Among the new characters and features, Fourzes Base States and Base Modules have also been added to the game. Can’t really include him in the game without those, can you?

And finally, here’s six other pics, showing the new Showa characters, and the 2-on-2 battle gameplay:
