Power Rangers Miracle Force OP and ED: Korean is a fun language!

Months ago, we reported that the series Tensou Sentai Goseiger was going to be dubbed in Korean and air in South Korea under the title Power Rangers Miracle Force. Well, the series has debutted in South Korea, and now we have the new OP and ED for the newly dubbed series! Let’s watch and listen to the “new” theme songs:

Miracle Force OP:

Miracle Force ED:

They’re pretty good renditions of the original Japanese theme songs by NoB and Takahashi Hideyuki (both from Project.R). Interestingly enough, both theme songs were performed in Korean by Sang-geol Lee. Not sure who that is, but I’m very interested in finding out. Anyway, what do you guys think of the new Korean versions?

More Sentai themes on iTunes: This time with intros AND outros!

Many moons ago, Jefusion brought you a story about the first Super Sentai album to be placed on iTunes (I didn’t because I was busy buying said album). It was a mini album entitled Kaizoku Sentai Go-Kaiger VS. Super Sentai, and featured the main theme songs from Boukenger to Go-Kaiger. Now all of the Sentai themes songs have made their way to iTunes!

The theme songs are currently being released in seven volumes, each volume containing both the beginning and ending themes for five series, arranged according to when the series aired. So the first volume contains the theme songs for the first five series, the second for the next five, etc. Here’s what’s available so far:

  • Volume 1Goranger – Sun Vulcan
  • Volume 2Google-V – Flashman
  • Volume 3Maskman – Jetman
  • Volume 4Zyuranger – Carranger
  • Volume 5Megaranger – Gaoranger
  • Volume 6Hurricanger – Boukenger
  • Volume 7 Gekiranger – Go-Kaiger

That’s right, all seven albums are up. Each album costs $9.90, and songs can be purchased individually for $0.99 each.  (Note: The links here take you to the iTunes UK site, but if you look up the songs from the iTunes store itself, it will take you to the albums and show you the price in USD)

These are definitely albums I would recommend to anyone looking to expand their toku music collections, and I would download these albums myself if funds weren’t an issue (my problem, not yours). If you can, download them now!

Kamen Rider Fourze Opening Leaked: You can barely hear the theme music, but I’m sure it’s not Lady Gaga. :P

Alright, so far one of the few things about Fourze that’s been kept secret was the opening theme, which we weren’t even able to see or hear from the original press conference videos. Well, that’s changed now, as the first minute of the press conference has been released (audio only). This includes an overview of the series and characters, and includes the opening theme and the sound the Astro Switches make during the henshin sequence. Let’s listen in:

For those of you who still caan’t make out what the robotic voice is saying, it’s “Rocket on, Launcher on, Drill on, Radar on”. Personally, all I can make out is “Drill on, Radar on”, so don’t feel too bad if you can’t completely understand it.

The series premieres September 4th.

Kaizoku Sentai Go-Kaiger New Opening: Just a little bit shinier!

Now that Gai is officially a member of the team, he’s now been included in the opening credits! Take a look at the new opening:

This is from the newest episode of Go-Kaiger, and they will probably include the other two “prologues” at the very beginning with the rest of this new sequence from now on.

Ikeni ikuzo!

Lady Gaga to perform the opening them to Fourze??!!! WTF????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you like the shadowed pic?

Okay, this rumor I had to shre with you when I saw it, so bear with me here on this one. I comes from Rangerboard:

“The opening seems to be kept as a secret, wasn’t even announced in the press
conference. Nothing important, but whatever.”

“I heard it was Lady Gaga. She’s currently signed to Avex in Japan and she’s become more and more active in Japan. Her stylist, who is half-Japanese, talked about Kamen Rider recently. It also fits together with Yuri Gagarin. Gagarin→ Gaga. Would explain why it wasn’t revealed in the press conference.”

Lady Gaga? Seriously?! Is that what you think?!! I have a very good feeling that that is just a rumor. While big acts have done the openings for past Rider series, this one just seems a little far-fetched. Now if you were to tell me a big J-Pop singer was going to do it, I would believe it, But Lady Gaga? I just can’t see it. I’ll admit, I might not be the biggest Gaga fan on the planet, in fact I’m so far from being her biggest fan that I’m practically on the moon, but I still think that would be intersting, just not plausible.

Do yourself a favor, Gaga, and stay out of this one. At least wait until after the law suit has been dealt with.

UPDATE: (7/9/11) Okay, so it turns out that the Lady Gaga thing wasn’t a serious rumor, it was just something DekaEnd of HJU made up. He did not intend for anyone to take it seriously. So let’s all calm down about it and move on. Of course, I knew all along that there was no way that would happen in a million years, but what does that matter?
