Go-Kaiger Goseiger Movie Spoiler: Super Sentai Hero Getter ~199 ver.

***********************************200 POST!!!*********************************

Wanted to share this with everyone, it’s the 199 Heroes Battle version of Super Hero Getter, the ending theme to Kaizoku Sentai Go-Kaiger. Take a look:

The video itself was just a compilation made by the person who uploaded it. No idea what the actual credits look like. But maybe it will hold you over until the movie comes out on Blu-Ray.

And for those of you wondering, the only real difference between this and the main version of the song is that the in-between verses are gone (the verses between them listing the various sentais). You’ll understand when you hear it.

Super Sentai 199 Hero TV Special: YES!

Just came across this tv special for Go-Kaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Battle, thought you might want to watch it too. It’s basically an extended preview of the movie, but it does have a lot of info and background on the movie, and it covers past series as well. Check them out right here:

Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_BVr40uwi8&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL

Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O112ezEXKQc&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL

I would’ve have embedded the video itself, but the share button doesn’t want to work. 😛

Anyway, it is a good special, you get to see a lot of the movie, and get a little insight into the background. This is the longest Sentai movie made yet, so I don’t think there will be too many spoilers. And it debuted at No.2 in it’s first weekend at the box office, so that should say something in regards to the movie itself.

Go-Kaiger pics: Having a really hard time coming up with clever titles right now. I’m a little worried about that.

Ok then, I just can’t come up with anything clever to say, so I’m just going to post a bunch of pics. Enjoy!:

And now for some episode summaries:

Ep. 19: The Armor of 15 Warriors: Gai wants to help out on the ship, so he shows off his cooking skills, which makes Don jealous.

Ep.20: Navi tells the crew, “You’ll have to find the warriors in the closed forest”. When Gai hears this, he tells the crew to go to the forest where the Gingaman used to live. While in the forest, they start being chased by a man in black, and end up running into Basco.

Oh, boy! the Gingaman tribute episode is coming up. Do you think the man in black might be BullBlack? Can’t wait to see!

That’s it for now, hopefully I’ll be able to come up with clever titles soon. And as always, if anything else pops up, I’ll let you know.

UPDATE: Found some more!

Okay, so some of that wasn’t exclusively Go-Kaiger stuff, but hey, it looked cool. Consider it a bonus!

UPDATE: (6/22/11) Found some more, and this time, I might include some context!

This is Gai’s official team jacket. Very reminiscent of a certain Goseiger’s jacket.

Here are some pics verifying the episode rumors. Basco’s back, and he’s got some new keys!

And here’s some stuff from the Go-Kaiger summer movie, possible validation for rumors that have popped up.

That’s it for now, any more, and I’ll just add it to a new post.

New Super Sentai 199 Trailer released: Ooh, big boom!

Hey, there’s a new trailer out there for the Go-Kaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Battle Movie, and it is just awesome. Check it out here:

Lotta big reveals for anyone who still hasn’t seen it, I know that I’ll have to wait ’til the DVD release to see it myself.

Go-Kaiger Goseiger Movie No.2 at Japan Box Office: Other pirates stole our thunder (Bloody pirates!).

As expected, Go-Kaiger Goseiger Super Sentai Hero 199 Battle has taken the No.2 Box Office slot in Japan in it’s opening week. The movie attracted about 249,077 people, and brought in a total of 288,610,400 Yen (3.6 Million USD). It wasn’t able to overtake the current No.1, “Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides”, which has been in the No.1 slot for the last four weeks. It’s alright, they’ll get them next time!

Orends: Range: Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle Movie Synopsis

Orends: Range: Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle Movie Synopsis.

Here’s a fairly good synopsis of the Go-Kaiger Goseiger movie that came out saturday. Massive spoilers, so read at your own risk. I would just retype it, but I’m feeling a bit lazy today. Mondays, they always suck.

Go-Kaiger’s Grand Powers: Count za Powas!

I know, OOO reference, but it still works. Anyway, between the movie, the recent episodes, and the arrival of Go-KaiSilver, the Go-Kaigers have come into a lot of new powers. So let’s see what they’ve got so far:

Starting with powers they’ve collected in the series so far, they’ve obtained grand powers from: Magiranger, Dekaranger, Gekiranger, Gaoranger, Shinkenger, and Carranger.

From the Go-Kaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Battle movie, they actually obtained grand powers from: Goranger, JAKQ, Denjiman, Goggle V, Dynaman, Bioman, Turboranger, Dairanger, Boukenger, Go-Onger, and Goseiger.

And with the arrival of Go-KaiSilver, they will obtain powers from: Zyuranger, Timeranger, and Abaranger. And supposedly, they will also obtain the Hurricanger‘s Grand Power soon, in the form of FuuRaiMaru.

And that just leaves: Battle Fever J, SunVulcan, Changeman, Flashman, Maskman, Liveman, Fiveman, Jetman, Kakuranger, Ohranger, Megaranger, Gingaman, and GoGoV. So that means they only have 13 powers (excluding the yet-to-be-collected Hurricanger powers) left to collect! And they’re only 17 episodes in! This really is quite the series.

Now it’s not really known for certain if the Grand Powers they obtained in the movie will in fact carry over into the series (other than the confirmed Goseiger powers), but so far the movie has been confirmed as a continuation of the storyline from last week’s episode, so who knows. They might even use GorenGo-KaiOh again (just look at the Go-KaiOh formation above, combination of Go-KaiOh and Varidrine, the carrier ship used by the Gorangers).

Go-Kaiger Ep.17 Pics: Ooh, shiny!

Here are some screen shots from this week’s episode. Sorry I never do actual reviews:

In the Go-Kaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Battle movie the premiered on Saturday, they apparently do get the Goseiger’s grand power, along with a few others (check next post).

Here’s Gai, watching this big opening fight scene, grinning ear-to-ear. He does introduce himself, and follows them around trying to get them to let him join, but they ignore him for the most part.

This is when they run into this week’s Action Commander and fight him the first time, using the Sixth RangerKeys they got from Basco the week before. Gai does try to jumo in during this fight, but the Action Commander runs off before he has a chance to.

This is from a scene where Gai really tries to get the other to let him join, even revealing his day-dream to them. Needless to say, they tell him off and leave him where he was, thinking that he was just some obsessed idiot.

And this is where he later reveals himself as Go-KaiSilver. This image is from a very long and drawn out self-introduction that pulls a lot from past introductions. Hopefully, they’ll shave it down to size in the next one. Really shows how much of a fanboy he is. And I couldn’t find any pics from the henshin sequence itself, but let’s just say it was like the others, only with the anchors, and they came down from a point above him, similar to the Titanium Ranger or Quantum Ranger morph sequences. Makes you wonder just how much Koichi Sakamoto is trying to get Saban to make this series.

Don’t let this pic fool you, he actually faired very well against the Gormin, he just had a harder time against the Action Commander.

This is what his Final Wave looks like. Mothaf*cka got impaled!

And these are some shots from the next episode:

We finally get to see Go-JyuJin in action! But we’ll have to wait two weeks to see it! 😦

Next week there won’t be any new episodes of Go-Kaiger or Kamen Rider OOO, both shows will be on break. However, new episodes will premiere the week after on June 26th, so try to hang in their until then. You can always wait for the subs to come out, or go through and catch up on previous episodes you weren’t able to watch before, or you can always stock up on Go-Kaiger stuff. I know where you can find cheap Go-Kaiger themed t-shirts! 😉
